How to deal with the oil leakage of cycloidal hydraulic motor in daily use? First of all, we should focus on the causes. There are generally three reasons for motor oil leakage:
1. Shaft end oil leakage: because the oil seal and the output shaft are in constant friction during daily use of the motor, it will inevitably lead to wear of the contact surface between the oil seal and the shaft. If it exceeds a certain limit, the oil seal will lose its sealing effect, resulting in oil leakage.. Treatment: replace the oil seal. If the output shaft is seriously worn, replace the output shaft at the same time.
2. Oil leakage at the cover: the "O" ring under the cover is crushed or aged and loses its sealing effect. The probability of this situation is very low. If it happens, just replace the "O" ring.
3. The motor cracks leak: the "O" ring between the motor housing and the front side plate, or between the front side plate and the stator body, or between the stator body and the rear side plate is aged or crushed. If this happens, just replace the "O" ring.
This is how to deal with the oil leakage of the cycloidal hydraulic motor.
