Precautions for using the hydraulic pump / hydraulic motor:

Before using the hydraulic pump / hydraulic motor, read the operation manual of each equipment carefully and use the product correctly.

• Use the appropriate model of products: hydraulic products have a variety of similar products of the same appearance or similar. Check the product nameplate or the seal to select the product correctly. Note: Except for clearly marked products, hydraulic products should not be openly installed at explosive sites.
• Product Shipping:

1: When loading the hydraulic pump / hydraulic motor. Protective articles should be worn according to different occasions to avoid accidental injury.

2: Because hydraulic pumps and hydraulic motors are usually heavy equipment, be careful not to roll the fingers in the equipment.

3: No external force should be applied to the product, such as pressing heavy objects on the product, hammering the product, or making the product fall, which may cause failure, deformation, damage and oil leakage.

4: Wipe out the oil stains on the product or fall on the ground, so as not to make others slip and get injured.

• Installation, movement, wiring, and piping of the hydraulic pump / hydraulic motor:

1: The base or mounting hole of the hydraulic pump / hydraulic motor should be kept clean, and the loose bolt and poor seal will cause damage and oil leakage.

2: When installing the hydraulic pump / hydraulic motor, use the specified bolts and lock them with the specified torque. Inqualified installation can cause failure, damage and oil leakage.

3: Installation, disassembly and piping of hydraulic pumps and hydraulic motors shall be carried out by professional personnel.

4: The installation and disassembly of the hydraulic pump / hydraulic motor shall be carried out after the power supply is completely cut off and the motor is completely stopped. In addition, the pressure in the oil circuit shall be completely released and confirmed.

• Wiring and connecting rotating parts:

1: wiring wiring shall be conducted by qualified personnel.

2: Operation should be started after the power supply is completely cut off to avoid electric shock.

3: The connection parts of the hydraulic pump / hydraulic motor shall be fixed by a reliable method to avoid dislocation or loosening. To avoid hand or clothing entry, the hydraulic pump / hydraulic motor housing must be fitted with protective covers.

• Installation of the hydraulic pump / hydraulic motor:

1: The mounting base of the hydraulic pump / hydraulic motor shall have sufficient stiffness.

2: Do not hammer the hydraulic pump / hydraulic motor to avoid product damage.

3: confirm that the amplitude and surface of the rotating parts are within the allowable range.

4: Ensure that the steering of the hydraulic pump and hydraulic motor or other power source meets the direction of the arrow in the nameplate or seal.

5: When the hydraulic pump / hydraulic motor needs to install the oil drain pipe, the oil drain pipe should be installed using the pump pressure does not exceed the specified value. In addition, even if the hydraulic pump / hydraulic motor stops being applied for a long time, the oil drain piping should be installed to avoid dropping the medium oil from the casing.

• Maximum limit pressure: When using a hydraulic pump without pressure compensation function (maximum pressure adjustment), the overflow valve must be installed at the near end of the outlet side of the hydraulic pump to adjust the maximum pressure in the oil circuit.
• Use of hydraulic pumps / hydraulic motors:

1: Before the system equipped with hydraulic pump / hydraulic motor starts, confirm that the oil circuit and wiring are correct and no parts are loose. Specifically, check the connection between the assembly and the solenoid valve. Power ify each solenoid and confirm the action of each specified solenoid.

2: The system must start when the pressure control device includes the overflow valve, and the pressure gauge confirms that the reduced pressure is effective. After determining the operating conditions, start the normal operation and check the rotating pressure to maintain the correct value.

3: Do not operate the hydraulic pump / hydraulic motor with the removed protective cover.

4: Do not touch the rotating parts without paying attention to your clothes or accessories, so as not to avoid rolling into the rotating parts.

5: Use the instrument to confirm that the equipment is not running too far. The equipment should be started after eliminatinshould the fault caused by improper installation or the blocking problem caused by overload.

6: Check the oil circuit from the refueling port or change the tank, or transport the hydraulic pump / hydraulic motor after the long shutdown, clean hydraulic oil shall be added to the tank.

7: Repeat the light transfer pump until the hydraulic oil reliably. Although the pump does not produce oil, it will discharge air from the piping (through the exhaust valve, etc.). Once the foam or hydraulic oil is discharged from the exhaust plug or the sound of the hydraulic pump is abnormal, the exhaust plug should be closed and operated for 5 minutes without loading.

8: Start the hydraulic motor in the low load state to confirm that the rotation is stable and the steering is correct.

9: Run the oil pump within the specified pressure range.

10: Confirm that the pressure of the hydraulic pump / hydraulic motor drain pipe is within the specified range.

11: When the hydraulic pump operation sound is abnormal, there may be an air hole. Check whether the oil level of the tank, the suction filter or filter screen is blocked or the suction pipe is loose in order. Especially beware if the fluid pressure fluctuates within the permitted range at start / stop or during speed transfer.(Failure may occur when the operating noise is abnormal. The most important thing is to remember the normal operating noise to detect the abnormal operation immediately.

12: Use the hydraulic pump / hydraulic motor correctly according to the operation manual and product sample chart, including pressure, flow rate, transfer oil type; oil temperature and viscosity.

13: Due to the high temperature of the shell, do not directly touch the shell body by hand.

14: Once the abnormal hydraulic pump / hydraulic motor is found, such as abnormal noise, abnormal heat, abnormal vibration, oil leakage, smoke or odor, etc., should be immediately turned off and the necessary measures should be taken. It is recommended to install sensors to check abnormalities to avoid damage, start and injury accidents.

• Management of hydraulic oil (medium fluid):

1: Since operating in the circulation structure, the oil level of the hydraulic device shall remain within the range recommended by the manufacturer. The oil filter shall be checked regularly and the hydraulic oil maintained at a certain level. Then regularly check the oxidation characteristics of the hydraulic oil, the water content of the oil quality deterioration, etc., when the standard exceeds the hydraulic oil should be replaced.

2: Before replacing the type of hydraulic oil, the original hydraulic oil should be fully cleaned to avoid mixing different kinds of oil products.
